I Love This Face

3 Months

I can not believe it but my little baby New Year as Kurt likes to call her, our Charlotte is three months old today!!!! And I can not believe how fast the weeks are flying by and how quickly Charlotte is growing. Charlotte is full if personality these days, she has been full on laughing and smiling for weeks now. Sometimes I will have her on my lap while I am sitting on the couch talking to Kurt at night. Out of no where she will just start throwing her head back and laughing as if she is totally in on the conversation, it is the funniest thing, it always brings tears to my eyes because it makes me laugh so hard, which of course makes her laugh even more too. We are quit the pair, I love her soooooooooooo much. Last time I had Charlotte weighed was about three weeks ago and she was eleven and a half pounds, so now I am guessing she is a good tweleve pounds today. Her eyes seem to be getting bigger and bluer by the day and her cheeks and belly are getting chubbier and rounder by the day too. I am having the time of my life with my little Charlotte. I feel like I have the best of both worlds right now. While most moms get a little sad when their babies start walking and talking and growing into the toddler stage like the twins are, I am enjoying it! Because I have my Charlotte to fill my baby void but at the same time the twins are getting more fun to play everyday. I love taking them to the park and letting them run around outside. I love watching them learn new things everyday. I love my life......now if only we could close escrow on our house already, they sure are taking their sweet time, life would be just perfect :)

Bunny

My little bunny is already getting ready for Easter. Charlotte was dressed from head to toe in bunnies today! And it left me wondering..... how I am ever going to be able to say no to that adorable little face someday?

Buzzing Around

Kurt and I bought these matching bumble bee sweaters what seems like forever ago when I was pregnant with the twins at the Anne Geddes store at Downtown Disney. I remember we were just so excited to be expecting our twins and couldn't wait to see them in all the little outfits we were buying for them. Well as I was packing up their closests today, I found these and I couldn't believe that I forgot to have them wear them all this time. And today could not have been a better day for bumble bee sweaters either..... with it offically being Spring as of March 20th! We made sure we got outside early to play today before the rain came, but we actually did get stuck in a quick little sprinkle shower that Josh had fun in. My favorite part of the day was when a real bumble bee decided to fly in and enjoy our fun with us :) It made me realize though that I can not remember the last time I saw a bee, do they make apperances in Winter? Oh jeeze, I feel like I should know the answer to this and I am going to look pretty silly for asking.

It's Raining It's Pouring

I thought Katelyn looked so cute in her navy and pink polka dot coat yesterday, she was so prepared for the rain to come! And let me just tell you getting a picture of Katelyn these days is almost impossible. As her Uncle Steve said she is like a ping pong ball, bouncing all around in every direction. I snap about a million pictures and about half of those end of being the back of her head but at least the other half are her adorable little face.

My Three Lucky Charms

No pinching needed in this family we had a excess of green today in the Diaz house. It was yet another fun St. Patricks Day being mommy, this time of three!. I had all the kiddos and even myself done up in green today and I have to say this was the first time I dressed my two little girlies alike and matching sisters are cute!! I think I might do it more often, while they are still young.....and it is still cute :) Since the weather has been so nice you will notice in my other pictures we have been doing a lot of hanging out outside lately and today was no different. We enjoyed the cool sunny and mild weather that lets you know Spring is just around the corner, but then the clouds and rain we are expected to have this weekend brings me back to reality that it's not here yet. But I have to be honest I am kind of hoping it rains all weekend. Kurt and I finally after a lonnngggg 45 day escrow get the keys to the our new and first home next week!!! So that means this is our last weekend to pack and boy we have some serious packing to do, so the rain is the best excuse to stay inside and get some serious work done. But I am sure that story will be for another day because packing up our four bedroom home with a newborn and two one year olds should be hmmmmmm what is the word........interesting!

Dress Up

I was a bad mommy tonight. I drank coffee way too late in the day and now I am in no way able to sleep, I am wide awake at 1:30am. So earlier tonight when my old man of a husband was long in bed I was board! So instead of putting Ms. Charlotte to bed at a descent time (shes been sleeping through the night for weeks now!) I kept her up to play. She was in a great mood and being so adorable and I just couldn't put her to bed when she was all smiles and giggles. So I dressed her up in Katelyn's old green tutu which I love because it always reminds me of Tinkerbell. If you can not tell I am just a little bit obsessed with all my kids, can't get enough of my little ones. But I know what many of you are thinking.......talk to me in sixteen years when you have three teenagers in your house, two of which are girls! And trust me I know, that is why I am enjoying every minuet of these days where my babies are so pure and innocent and at this point unable to even say the word NO.
