A Day At Seaworld
Kurt and I had a wonderful day at my most favorite place as a little girl......Seaworld!!!!!.Seaworld offers free admission to the military once a year so Kurt and I always go in April right after spring break, nice weather and not very busy. The weather was perfect, the park was empty (just another advantage of not working, yayyyyy days off in the middle of the week with hubbie/daddy) and a added bonus Shamu didn't drown anyone! Feeding the Sea lions is a must for me, I think they are just hilarious, more fun then even feeding the dolphins. They totally bark and beg for the fish. This year was a good year because a stupid bird didn't snatch one of my fish for once!!!! We spent alot of time admiring and cracking up at Kurts favorite and always so funny penguins. To me the penguins are equvilent to the monkeys at the zoo, they are so funny to watch and we can just sit there and stare at them forever. Sea Otters are so funny too and often forgot about, they are so playful and cute. I have to say that Seaworld is just not as baby friendly as the zoo. At many of the exhibits you can not take strollers into, which is a bummer. But I love Seaworld for the simple fact there are no lines and waits! You just stroll along at your own pace, which is a must with babies. All and all it was just another wonderful day with the family and great memories.
