Happy Easter

The babies had a wonderful first Easter! Katelyn and Joshua finally got to meet all their Aunts, Uncles and Cousins on my side of the family. The night before Easter we had a bit of a scare concerning Katelyn, but thank god everything turned out ok and to our surprise even tough it was a long and rather rough night for her she was in a pretty good mood! I have to admit the long night and day yesterday caught up with her today, she slept all day only to wake up to have a bottle then she was out again. It did give me a reason to spoil her, I got to cuddle and snuggle up with her all day long , I love my little bug. The babies were spoiled yesterday with the most adorable and beautiful Easter baskets you could imagine. They received the softest blankets hand made by their Aunt Allison, a bubble machine from Aunt DeeDee, Uncle Bart and Cousin Kelsey. They also received the most adorable summer outfits from Aunt Kristin and Uncle Steve, a basket of Easter yummies (that I will enjoy!) from Aunt Jeanie and Uncle Lonie, not to mention the cutest little baskets full of a ton of toys,goodies and clothes from Aunt Margie ( I remember the days when I was spoiled by my Aunt Margie.....wait I still am :) And of course Grandma and Grandpa got them a million adorable presents as well, are these babies loved or what!! Katelyn looked like a princess in her first Easter dress. It was white with pink and green polka dots on it and was as fluffy as can be. I saw it and had to have it, so Grandma ran out and got it for her. Josh looked too cute in is tan pants, blue vest and his little white baby polo onsie, hehehe he look like such a little man in it. Now I look forward to next year when the babies can walk and they can hunt for eggs! Holidays are just too much fun now that Kurt and I have our babies, we are seriously loving every minuet of being Mommy and Daddy.
