Disneyland!

It was the twins first trip to Disneyland I have to say it was a success! Katelyn loved all the character rides and Toon Town. She was in heaven when she got to visit her favorite mouse's house of all time, her "Mimme". We also got to go on the brand new Little Mermaid ride which I was super excited about, Ariel is my favorite princess by far. I can still remember my mom bringing the VHS home and me literally screaming with excitement. While Josh was taking in all the colors and new things around him, Katelyn was overwhelmed with happiness and was repeatably saying Yay! Yay! Yay! and clapping her hands on all the rides, super cute. We took the babies on the rockets, Katelyn was not a fan of going up and down (definitely my daughter) but Josh loved it. He is all for being spun around, gets that from his Daddy. The twins also got to try my favorite treat, cotton candy for the first time :) Of course they loved it, who wouldn't love light fluffy pure sugar that dissolves in your mouth. Well needless to say they were more then tired by the end of the day and fell asleep before their heads hit the pillow that night. The best part was that Kurt and I got to go back without kids the next day since we had 3 day park hopper tickets and enjoyed all the fun rides we love that the little kiddos can't go on. We also stayed till the park closed and enjoyed staying at a hotel for the night and sleeping in the morning.
