I made these for our Fourth Of July BBQ and was compelled to post a picture. Why???? Because I have been dreaming of these every day and every minuet since the holiday. They are strawberries that are hallowed out with a wonderful cream cheese cheesecake filling I make piped into the center with a blueberry on top.I even found myself rationalizing today that maybe if I went on my walk for the day to the store that it would justify indulging in these tonite! Uggghhhh.....I need to be careful this pregnancy, so far the cravings are much more out of control then my last pregnancy. The good news is I have made the very hard decision to skip the store today and walk to the beach. And I am thinking for the next six months Kurt is going to have to do the grocery shopping, you never know what I might come home with.
