My two little Picassos!

As everyone knows artist definietly run in my family and boy did the babies having fun creating their very first piece of artwork, specially made for grandma on her birthday. I wish I had taken pictures of the finished product, they turned out beautiful we even framed and matted them just like professional pieces of art for her! Oh boy did Katelyn have fun smearing and banging her hands all over the paint and paper, she got messy! Josh was fun to watch because he was much more tedious about the whole project. He took his time exploring how the paint felt on his fingers and seemed to hold back more on where he decided to put it on the paper. I thought is said so much about their indiviual personalities already. Once I put the paint on Joshys feet he had a blast stompping all over the paper. We had so much fun having a little morning painting session over the weekend as a family and can't wait to make more fine pieces of priceless art with the babies.
